School Nurse, RN
Pay: $63,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
The School Nurse supports student health and wellness by providing professional nursing care, managing medications and treatments, and responding to illness or injuries. They ensure compliance with NYS immunization and communicable disease requirements, assess student health needs, and develop care plans that support learning and safety. The nurse also reports any school safety or environmental concerns affecting health. This role requires an active NYS Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, and experience in school, pediatric, community, or public health nursing, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Position: Full-time, 48-week school-year role (including a 6-week summer session) based in Monroe, NY.
Assistant Education Director
Pay: $75,000.00 – $86,000.00 per year
The program is seeking a NYS-certified Special Education Teacher with School Building Leader (SBL) certification to help manage and support a multi-site preschool special education program in Orange County, NY. As part of a collaborative administrative team, this role oversees curriculum, behavior supports, related services, compliance, and program development for children ages 3–5 in both integrated and self-contained classrooms.
Key responsibilities include supervising teachers and paraprofessionals, representing the program at district meetings, participating in agency management activities, and providing limited teaching or coverage support.
Candidates should hold an MS/BS in Special Education, NYS Students with Disabilities B–2 certification, and SBL (or SAS) certification, with preferred experience in preschool special education. Knowledge of NYS preschool special education regulations, OCFS daycare regulations, and Medicaid-in-Education requirements is also desired.

Staff Accountant- Billing
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Inspire is hiring a full-time Staff Accountant to support billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchasing functions within the Accounting Department. The role includes preparing and reconciling billing, processing claims and vouchers, updating billing systems (Therap, FundEZ), supporting monthly reporting, and managing vendor payments and authorizations. The Staff Accountant also helps resolve financial issues and ensures compliance across all processes.
Candidates should hold a four-year degree in Accounting or Finance, have billing experience (ideally in medical, developmental disability, or educational settings), and be proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Therap or FundEZ is a plus. DSP- Day Hab
Pay: $17.27/hour
The Day Habilitation program is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives. DSPs provide hands-on support with daily living, personal care, mobility, life-skill development, and community activities, including transporting individuals in agency vehicles.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid NYS driver’s license, and a compassionate, dependable attitude; experience with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Teachers Aide
Pay: $16.28/hour
Teacher’s Aides at Inspire Kids support children with special needs by assisting with daily classroom routines, instructional activities, and behavior plans while helping maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment. Responsibilities include aiding with arrival and departure, toileting, meals, playground supervision, and preparing classroom materials.
The role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options, with full-time employees receiving benefits and participating in a 48-week school year that includes a 6-week summer session. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a compassionate, patient approach; experience with children with developmental disabilities is preferred. Sign-on bonuses are available.
Substitute Teacher
Starting pay: $33.00/hour
Inspire Kids is hiring per diem Substitute Teachers for special education preschool classrooms in Goshen, Monroe, and Newburgh, NY, starting at $33/hour. Substitutes assist with classroom activities, support children during arrival, meals, and playtime, and help maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment. The role offers a flexible weekday schedule; NYS Teacher Certification and experience with young children or special needs are preferred but not required. No benefits are included for substitute positions.
