GET ACQUAINTED WITH INSPIRE
Inspire is now accepting reservations for its facility tours.
For those of you who don’t know Inspire, it is a non-profit organization dedicated to people with disabilities in Orange County, NY. For those who do know Inspire, it is much more than that. It is a rehabilitative center that provides dentistry, occupational and physical therapy, among many other services. It is also a preschool, with campuses in Goshen and Newburgh, that teaches children with special needs and typically-developing children. But besides its services and programs, what may be the most invaluable of Inspire’s offerings is the hope it provides. An adolescent who does not walk learns to walk. Children who were unable to speak begin to greet people with a much celebrated “Hello!”. Parents see the unexpected, and are given support and encouragement to continue on the journey. Families learn that achievements and success are not only possible – they may be just around the bend.
At Inspire, people of all ages in the Orange County community witness themselves or others conquering, applauding, blooming. To witness this, yourself, is a gift like no other. You can see firsthand the progress that happens at Inspire. Simply sign up for a Get Acquainted Tour. You will be introduced to the facility and its people by tour guides who are directly involved with Inspire. Tours are given on the first Tuesday of every month.
